Sea Hunter

Sea HunterSea Hunter is 115-foot liveaboard built for comfort and convenience. Onboard you will find eight cabins and all the facilities for a total of eighteen divers and underwater photographers. All cabins have private bathrooms, storage space and air-conditioning. Choose from three twin cabins with two twin-size beds, two triple cabins with three twin-size beds or two double cabins with one queen-size bed. Common areas onboard include a study that hosts a library, television with a DVD, and all the equipment to process digital photographs. A large lounge with plenty of seating has another entertainment system with a variety of DVD movies and a fridge with soft drinks and beer.

You will eat well onboard with delicious meals from a variety of cuisines, prepared by excellent chefs. The sun deck has both covered and open areas, and the fantastic dive deck lots of space, gear storage and a hot shower. For underwater photographers the ship has personal camera lockers with both 110 and 220 volt outlets. Sea Hunter offers Nitrox.

Okeanos Aggressor

Okeanos AggressorThe 110-foot Okeanos Aggressor has nine deluxe cabins with a lower double and an upper single berth and one quad cabin with two double beds and two single bunks. All cabins are equipped with private bathrooms, hair dryers and televisions with DVD players. Okeanos Aggressor’s dive deck has personal gear lockers with in-place air and Nitrox fill stations, rinse tanks and a camera table with low-pressure air hoses. Two 22-foot dive tenders facilitate drift diving.

For relaxing between dives, the partially covered sundeck features a wet bar and plenty of seating. Inside, the lounge has room to stretch and watch movies, listen to music and work with your digital photography. Also onboard is a computer station with email access. Weather permitting, Okeanos guests are shuttled ashore to hike through the jungles of Cocos and swim in the many waterfalls.

Undersea Hunter

Undersea HunterUndersea Hunter is 90-foot liveaboard originally built for submarine support but now completely refurbished for serious diver comfort while maintaining its vast fresh water tank – never a shortage of hot and cold water even on longer voyages! The excellent vessel has seven cabins onboard for the maximum of fourteen passengers. All cabins have private bathrooms, plenty of storage, 110-volt outlets, portholes and individually controlled air-conditioning. Five of the cabins have a queen-size lower and a twin-size upper, one has upper twin and a lower twin, and one – the only one on the main deck, the rest are on the lower deck – a queen-size lower.

The large dive deck is also convenient for swimming, kayak launching and, at night, shark viewing. There is a dedicated camera and dive gear storage for each diver, and the very large dive deck turns into barbecue under the stars. The partly covered sun deck is perfect for relaxing. The airy and light-filled dining area and the adjoining lounge are made for socializing and enjoying the excellent food onboard. Undersea Hunter offers Nitrox.

Argo

ArgoThe 130-foot Argo is the newest vessel to dive the Cocos waters. It was completely retrofitted to serve discerning divers in style and comfort. Argo’s eight cabins accommodate a maximum of eighteen divers in comfort and space. Two triple cabins are exceptionally large with three lower twin-size beds. Five cabins have a queen-size bed and one cabin two lower twin size beds. All cabins are equipped with a private bathroom with 110V outlets, individually controlled air-conditioning, circular porthole, desk and chair, and personal hanging lockers and drawers.

The lounge, with a flat-screen television, is separate from the dining area giving you more room to spread out, and there is plenty of outdoor space as well. The upper deck has a quiet study area with a computer, and the sundeck has both sunny and covered areas. Three powerful 24-foot skiffs serve as tender boats to dive sites and for visits to the island. The dive deck has storage space for your equipment. Argo offers both Nitrox and Rebreather.

For an extra thrill, Argo now has a custom built submarine Deep See capable of descending to 1,500 feet. No decompression needed so you can combine submarine trips with your regular dives. Go and see what lives in the dark abyss where sunlight is never seen! Deep discoveries so far have included the prickly shark, goosefish and a few yet to be unidentified species. Other itineraries onboard the Deep See submarine include prolific marine life at lesser depths of 300 – 600 feet below the surface.

Wind Dancer

Wind DancerAfter many years of diving around Grenada, the Wind Dancer will start operating regular charters to Cocos Island in July 2010. The first year charters go for eight nights, and in 2011 for ten nights.

The Wind Dancer is 120-foot yacht full of charm and character and is perfectly suited for operating in this environment. There are total of nine cabins; the master cabin on main deck features queen bed and the eight cabins on the lower deck have double and twin berths. All cabins have private bathrooms, bathrobes, wardrobes and hair dryers. The master cabin is also equipped with a television with a DVD player. All indoor areas are air-conditioned and the salon has ample room for divers to spread out to work on camera equipment or to enjoy a movie on the entertainment system. The large sundeck features covered and uncovered lounging and is a perfect place to relax with a book between dives. The Wind Dancer offers Nitrox and has two tenders for diving and shore excursions.
